INSIDE OUT is the concept of a media facade for the library of the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany. Initially, it answered the open call category 'call for fiction' of the projection mapping festival 'Genius Loci Weimar' in August 2018. Now, independently from the festival context, it remains as a concept suitable for any library.

An algorithm, triggered by the search requests of the library's users, recombines book titles from the database. The products are ficticious book titles, that will be animated on the front facade. Next, those titles travel towards the square shaped concrete facade, where they feed the ongoing illustration of a mind's growing process.
